1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Processing delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) and will be communicated via email.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Restrictions

  • Certain oversized, heavy, or hazardous items may incur additional shipping fees or be excluded from free shipping.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for Expedited/Express/Overnight services due to carrier limitations.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and select EU countries.
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs processing).
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the order total and must be paid upon delivery.
  • International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

4. Order Tracking

  • A shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate on the carrier’s website.
  • You may track your order via the link in the confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website.

5. Delivery Issues

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged items.
  • We will arrange a replacement, refund, or return at our expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
    1. Check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal facility.
    2. Contact us within 7 business days of the marked delivery date.
  • We will initiate a carrier investigation and resolve the issue (replacement or refund) within 5–10 business days.

Delivery Delays

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, high order volume, or customs processing.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control. We will notify you of significant delays and provide updates.

6. Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has shipped.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
